By using SonaCast, you agree to the following terms and conditions. SonaCast is a live audio broadcasting platform that enables hosts to create live sessions, interact with listeners, and share content.
User Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for all content you broadcast, share, or upload.
You must not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech.
You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Platform Rights
SonaCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for content created or shared by users.
Copyright & Music Policy
Important Copyright Notice
SonaCast respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. When uploading or playing music during live broadcasts, you must ensure you have the proper rights or licenses.
Music Upload Guidelines
Original Content: You may upload music you have created or own the rights to.
Licensed Content: You may use music for which you hold a valid license (e.g., royalty-free, Creative Commons, or purchased licenses).
Prohibited Content: Do not upload copyrighted music without authorization from the copyright holder.
Fair Use: Brief clips used for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes may qualify as fair use, but this is not guaranteed.
DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please contact us with a DMCA takedown notice including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith.
Consequences of Violation
First offense: Warning and content removal
Second offense: Temporary account suspension (7 days)
Third offense: Permanent account termination
Repeated violations may result in legal action

Live broadcasts may contain opinions, religious content, or discussions on sensitive topics. Views expressed by hosts and participants are their own and do not represent SonaCast.
Prohibited Content
Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
Explicit sexual content or nudity
Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals
Promotion of illegal activities or substances
Misinformation that could cause public harm
Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
Religious & Spiritual Content
SonaCast welcomes religious and spiritual content. However, hosts must respect diverse beliefs and refrain from targeting or demeaning other faiths. Content should promote understanding and positive dialogue.

SonaCast is a platform for live audio broadcasting. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy of content shared during live sessions. Monetization & Payment Terms
SonaCast provides monetization features including virtual gifts, bean purchases, and host earnings. By participating in the monetization system, you agree to the following:
Virtual beans have no real-world monetary value until withdrawn through approved channels.
SonaCast retains a platform fee on all transactions (details available in your earnings dashboard).
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take 3-7 business days to process.
MoMo and other payment methods are subject to their respective provider terms.
Fraudulent transactions or manipulation of the gifting system will result in account termination.
Tax obligations arising from earnings are the sole responsibility of the host.
